Join this All Levels donation based yoga class outside at the beautiful Piestewa Peak (Squaw Peak) off of Lincoln & Squaw Peak Drive. We will utilize breath, postures, and intention to create more space in the body and mind, allowing your vital life energy to become more available to you. Exact location and directions below.

DIRECTIONS: Coming from Lincoln Drive, turn North onto Squaw Peak Drive. Continue to follow this road through the neighborhood and into the entrance of the mountain preserve. Follow the road until the very end at the parking lot of the Apache trailhead. The class will take place down the staircase on the big concrete slab.
