The word "fast" means to go without. In almost all cultures and religions fasting took place. Whether that was for 1 day or 21 days, people abstained from liquid and/or solids to cleanse their bodies. Our fasting protocols include juice, herbal teas, distilled water, soft and/or hard dry fasts.
There are many benefits of fasting.
